Disliked Unfriendly and extremely rude women who runs the sight, luckily her daughter was more helpful and accommodating, tent pitches were on uneven ground, not enough toilets or showers for the amount of campers and were not cleaned regularly

From the manager: I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We try at all times to be friendly and helpful, and many reviews remark on this. The toilets and shower blocks are cleaned and checked from 6 am in the morning until late at night . At peak usage times it is impossible to clean in between campers, however sanitizing spray and hand gel is provided all around the site . The number of showers and toilets exceed the required minimum. Regulations state Toilets should be adequately spaced. For sites with up to 120 pitches, there should be 2 toilet facilities for women, 1 toilet facility and 1 urinal for men, per 30 pitches. Depending on your local council regulations, you may be required to provide these facilities per 20 or even 10 pitches. We have 40 pitches , 9 toilets , 1 urinal,and 10 showers. There are 5 cleaners , 7days a week

Liked Friendly and warm welcoming

Disliked Toilets were cramped in the cubicles and not enough toilets for size of the camping pitch. Had to go back 3 times the once to use the toilet.
