Liked Really friendly staff and well look after site. The customer service was the best we’ve experienced!! Facilities were spotless. Someone always on hand to help. Everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The bus runs from just outside into Hay which was very convenient when little legs struggled on the walk in!

Liked Lovely site with great, clean facilities. Such a helpful and accommodating host. Great area for the kids to play ball and run around. A really relaxed feel to the site! We were sad to have to leave so soon and are looking forward to staying again!

Liked Kids really enjoyed playing in the park and riding their bikes around the site. Great facilities, toilets and showers great for families. Peaceful site considering location so close to York (driving). Very accommodating, friendly and helpful host!

Disliked There are a fair few rules regarding the pitch (no awning on grass, no washing lines..) which were inconvenient but we only stayed two nights so not a problem for us this time.
