Liked A well-maintained, warm, comfortably furnished and clean cabin, with everything you could need for a self-catering stay for a family of four. The site was quiet and accommodating of a peaceful new year’s trip, within easy reach of a wide range of beach & cliff top walks.

Liked We appreciated the warm welcome from Lucie - and the font of insights, local knowledge & advice which was so helpfully given. We stayed in Pod 3 which was exceptionally well-equipped with anything & everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of extras & homely touches! The Christmas decorations were appreciated. This site is managed with thoughtfulness and care. There is real attention given to detail in enhancing & personalising the customer experience. Our Pod was spacious, immaculately clean & high-spec with TV/Netflix & a fabulous hot-tub, perfect for cosy, winter, nights-in with the teenagers! The site is perfectly situated for days out in either the North York Moors or Yorkshire Dales. We also enjoyed the restaurants & cafes of Thirsk and our visit to the James Herriot Museum in the heart of the town! We would definitely make a return trip.

Liked The Pod was comfortable, clean and cared-for. We liked the sleeping bags - very warm & cosy. The Hot Tub was easy to use and well-maintained, with stepped access. The dining table & benches converted easily into a curtained-off sleeping area which our teenage sons liked as it had a screen for some relaxed online gaming time! The park offers excellent facilities with a great swimming pool. The bar and range of evening entertainments were good too. Staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable stay in a park that was well-positioned to enable us to easily access the joys of the Somerset coast & countryside.

Liked Clean & Comfotable beds & bedding. Well maintained site. Showers & toilets easily accessible from Pods. Friendly welcome with fire burning in fire pit and candles alight to welcome us - appreciated that the pod had been well heated too, prior to our arrival. Short drive to Helmsley - good location for Castle, Duncombe Park, Reivaulx Abbey & North York Moors.
