Liked Proximity to Oxford, Swindon, other tourist sites Flat pitch Quiet site Friendly and helpful staff Electric hook up reliable Visited and would recommend - Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Avebury, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Uffington White Horse, STEAM museum, Swindon Outlet shopping centre.

Disliked Not an issue for us but toilet block was quite basic but the sinks, toilets and showers were all clean with hand-wash and fresh towels every day.

Liked Generous pitch, friendly welcome, clean facilities, playground, quiet during quiet times. Less than 5 minutes to Asda, Lidl, Aldi and McDonalds! We visited: Watermeadows swimming pool, Sherwood Forest, Nottingham, Sherwood Observatory, Bakewell, Derby, Mansfield and Chesterfield.

Disliked Nothing - just be careful on the speed bumps!

Liked Friendly welcome, beautiful site, natural, nature supporting, clean facilities, large showers, washing up area (with provided washing up liquid), laundry facilities (2x£1 per wash on our visit with laundry liquid included), flat and spacious pitches, quiet, lovely views, secure site with keypad gate, lots of local walks, 5 minute walk to park and playground which my kids (5,9) loved. We visited and would recommend: Stratford - park and ride, Shakespeare birth place museum, Mad museum National Trust - Snowshill Manor then visit to Broadway village

Disliked Only portaloos available due to Covid-19. Tents very close together as a lot staying each night and only small field.

Disliked Directions on website could include the detail that the postcode given of used on Satnav does not take you to the right entrance. Also the toilet block is a few minutes walk from the tent field so if you have young children you may need a potty or portable toilet.

I'm sorry you missed the following advice from the PitchUp.com website: Important notice for satnav users: When using a satellite navigation system, drivers are taken to the wrong entrance to the park. Please be aware that guests should use the main entrance on the B1257 and not the entrance on Green Dyke Lane. The owners ask that you reroute the final part of your journey to ensure that you use the correct entrance and avoid using your satellite navigation system when finding the park. We do try to ensure that all guests see this information - and if not, the big brown sign in the village points guests in the right direction. Liked Caravan furnishings, playground, location, helpful and friendly staff. Pool looked fab but didn't use as out of season.

Disliked Not much really! Entrance on a corner so easy to miss and vacuum in caravan not great if I'm being picky.
