Liked First time camping for my son (11 years old) and it was all we could have asked for. Rural and remote enough for it to be “proper camping”, but also had a lovely toilet/shower block that was very clean. Owners were away when we arrived, but sent lovely emails to explain where to park, where to pitch etc. Nice little posters up around site to explain how to use the facilities etc. Met the owners on our second day. Both were lovely and welcoming. Had two dogs with lovely temperaments that my son took an instant liking to. All in all a brilliant couple of nights away in a perfect setting.
