From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our farm was not the right camping experience for you. Equilibrio is an off-grid nature campsite, rather than a conventional serviced campsite. We try to make this very clear in our Pitchup description, where we explain that the facilities are simple and that guests have access to water, warm showers and composting toilets. We were a little surprised by the review, as when we spoke to you during your stay you told us that everything was fine. Had you mentioned the problems with the toilet or lighting to us at the time, we would have been happy to check them immediately and try to help. We understand that our simple, off-grid setup is not for everyone. Guests looking for more infrastructure, lighting and the facilities of a traditional campsite will probably be happier at a conventional camping site, while Equilibrio is aimed at people who enjoy simple camping, nature, quiet surroundings and dark nights under the stars. We do, however, take your comment about the cleanliness of the toilet seriously and will make sure this is checked. We wish you all the best for the rest of your travels.
