Liked The site was great, plenty of choice and space of the pitch. Dave was great, very helpful.

Disliked Noise from the users of the Pods, it may have been where we parked but they did make a lot of noise late into the night.

From the manager: am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. if only you had phoned me i would have come out and said something as hot tubs have too be turned off at 11 and the site rules are in black and white i also asked dave if he heard anything ands he said he had not last time i got called out too noise from the pods it was a wedding in the next village and nothing too do with my customers people in the pods that left this morning were saying what a lovely quiet site we run so i am baffled that you were kept awake

Liked We stayed on a woodland pitch in our campervan and honestly… I think the trees are still wondering where their new favourite neighbours have gone. It was that peaceful. Quiet, scenic, and the kind of calm that makes you forget what day it is — which is exactly what camping should do. The toilets were spotless (genuinely cleaner than some hotels we’ve stayed in), and the free use of firepits was a brilliant touch. The honesty shop was well stocked with all the essentials — and a few “oops, we forgot that” items that saved the day. The hosts were fantastic. Proper good people who couldn’t do enough for you — friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about keeping the site beautiful and welcoming. We had lovely walks and were spoiled with wildlife: foxes, deer, and more butterflies than a Disney forest scene. It felt like nature had put on a show just for us. If you want a peaceful woodland stay with great facilities, brilliant hosts, and a bit of wildlife magic, Everwild Camping is absolutely spot on. We’ll definitely be back — and next time we’ll bring even more marshmallows for the firepit.
