Liked Large level pitches , well kept grass, very friendly staff, if you like motorcycles this is the place for you , excellent choice of food and beers very well priced,

Liked owner very helpful as we got lost,soon put us on right path, this is a new site ,well kept grounds even pitches electric water drain on pitch,new toilet block very clean, and imaculate, looked like it was going to be extended ,will come back :}

Liked ive been coming here for years and you always get a very warm welcome from the staff and owner,level pitches kept spotless, toilets very clean a credit to cleaner, lots of bikes plus bikers very friendly as you would expect,beer and food spot on,

Disliked the only thing was the toilets to small and no light, need a new toilet block and this will be a nice camp site,also entrance needs to be wider i came with my twin axle van and struggled to get in,

From the manager: thank you for your positive feedback. We are looking at making the entrance wider.however prior to your arrival we did inform that the toilets were small and we are waiting for planning permission for bigger facilities.

Disliked when we got there got a good place, but later on site was a bit full, a little too close to each other, apart from this great place,

Disliked the price has shot up, only paid £15 last aug , the £5 electric used to last me all weekend this time it ran out Saturday afternoon , electric and pitch need to be all one price ,this has stopped me coming back after 5 years coming here ☹️

From the manager: I was concerned about your comments so i checked your previous bookings. You came to us 3 times with your caravan in 2020 when the price was £19 per night - this year (2021) it's £20 per night which is an increase of £1. You also came with a tent last last August which was £15 per night - and it still is £15 this year (2021). The electric hasn't gone up - the more you use the more it costs!
