Liked Nice view and we were happy to stay somewhere as the other campings were fully booked. It was very quiet.

Disliked Quite overpriced for what you get (a field with one very dirty portapotty and one water tap that is overgrown by nettles). It's basically wildcamping but expensive.

From the manager: I'm sorry this didn't meet your expectations. We are a "pop up" field campsite which is only open 60 days per year. The portaloo is cleaned daily. I'm terms of costs, when you pay pitch up £10pp we receive a lower fee. Then we also need to pay for insurance and portaloo servicing from this figure. We can only open 60 days per year but have to pay an annual insurance. Additionally, the £10 adult/£5 children costs are on par with other similar field only sites in the area.
