Liked Lovely level field, easy walk across the field and lane to catch the bus into Crickhowell. We we alone for the two nights and it was glorious. The local pub was closed Monday and Tuesday so can't comment, however Crickhowell pubs and shops were fantastic. Friendly farmer, all in all a perfect stopover. The stars were amazing. Dark sky area.

Liked Clean bathrooms. Onsite pub, serving good food, the distance to Bridgenorth and the fact that it's a nice walk over a few fields.

Liked The site is flat, spacious, facilities were kept very clean, the site is quiet eventhough lots of families with children were holidaying at this time. The owner is extremely friendly and informative, we took her advice and had a lovely walk along the cycle path to the village pub which served very nice food. Coast not too far away. All in all a very relaxing break.

Liked The campsite was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. It is in a really beautiful area, where you can pick up walks on the doorstep and has good road links to local areas. Mic, the owner is a fantastic fella who is always on hand to help out and even arranged for somebody to pick us up in Settle when our taxi let us down. The site felt very covid safe due to Mics attention to detail in the shared facility areas.

Liked What a fabulous back to basic campsite, from the moment we arrived to leaving we felt instantly relaxed. The pitch was huge with loads of space between happy campers. Clean field, no rubbish anywhere as Lucinda provides an excellent recycling system. No hot water, (plenty of cold) no hot shower (cold hosepipe in privacy tent) portable toilets (clean and smelled lovely most of the time) with handwashing point outside, soap, water and hand sanatiser, what more do you need? More eggs! You can buy freshly laid eggs but be quick as you mighten be as lucky as us, we had some every morning and they are up there with being some of the best eggs we've eaten. Thank you for providing this little haven.
