Definitely the cleanest facilities I've seen for a long time.
Aug 2025 Liked Scenery and picturesque lakes. Well-stocked shop. Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Full explanation of everything because it was our first time. Good value for money. Short walk to the town. Fishing was very enjoyable with a variety of fish caught.
Disliked I honestly can't think of anything.

Visitors should be aware of its isolation.
Jul 2023 Liked Quiet well run site. Friendly welcome. Wainfleet the nearest place for pubs and shops is a ten minute drive. Pub on site only open at weekends. The lake is small but very scenic. It is full of fish. The small ones, depending which bait you use, can be a bit of a nuisance. The fish are in tip top condition and looked after.
Disliked Did not find anything that I found disagreeable.

Don't deal with Parkdean but would go again.

Disliked Some of the reception staff were unhelpful.
A mixup with our dates arranged directly through Parkdean. Reception said can't help you as no pitches. But went on Pitchup & got one immediately.
