Liked Lovely location, close proximity to Wells and Holkham. Large pitches, clean, functional compost toilets. Tap, general rubbish and recycling bins. All you need for a no fuss back to basics camping experience.

Disliked During my stay it was windy, so bring a windbreak just in case.

Liked Woodlane camping is very much a back to basics campsite. It has everything I look for when choosing somwhere to stay. A toilet and a tap is all I need. The field is huge, so not camping on top of each other, plenty of room to have that wild camping feeing. Very peaceful, great for looking at the night sky, lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. Only 15 minute drive to Haverfordwest which has all the well known supermarkets to top up on supplies. Site is well positioned for exploring Pembrokeshire, the coastal path, beautiful beaches, St Davids and Tenby.

Liked The site was very secluded and within walking distance of the coastal path and beach. The facilities were clean and well maintained, hot showers and also hot water for washing up.

Disliked Early morning noise from the adjacent caravan club site. Not being able to park next to my pitch even though Pitchup says you can. This was a minor inconvenience and did not affect my stay.

Liked Large, flat private pitches, very quiet. Very clean and tidy, lovely toilets and shower cubicles. Basic, but just how I like it. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but close enough to shops.

Liked Basic facilities on site, but that's reflected in the price. It's ideally placed for visiting Folkestone, Dover or the surrounding area. Owner was very friendly and chatty. Plenty of room at your pitch for car, also nice to be able to have a campfire and bbq.
