Receptionist was very rude and showed no respect for clients who seemed to be a burden for her. Receptionist was also very aggressive even when other staff admitted that their systems could not cope with their own process. All put a stain on what should have been a lovely family stay. Site Smelt of sewage and toilet facilities very dated. Don't waste your money.

Tap water pressure too high in female loos. Staff have to clean more often because the floor (and your clothes 😄) gets so wet.

Nice site, big pitches and no pompous rules about having a gazebo.
great to have a bar and pizzeria on site…and very resonably priced.
good activities for the kids, albeit our youngsters were too young for many of the activities.

shower cubicles felt a bit tired and grubby.
no obvious motorhome service point.

The toilets and showers where constantly being cleaned, the bar and restaurant was very reasonable and the activities for the children was fantastic

Nothing to dislike at Marwell

The fact we could park the camper on the gravel and fit the drive away awning on the grass. The toilets and showers were spotless and cleaned regularly the washing up facilities were spot on with the added freezer for your cool box blocks a bonus. Plus the bar restaurant and soft play were excellent, with very friendly staff. All in all a great venue with fishing available which was a pleaser for the husband and near to big shopping centres.

Having to pay extra for fishing when staying at the site.

Lots to do and facilities kept clean and tidy. Easy to pitch on flat site and short grass.

We loved the variety of things to do there and the facilities were really well looked after. Staff all friendly and the Wednesday evening entertainment was just an added bonus 👍 Thankyou.

The washing up facilities, the plugs didn't work and we had to put them back together properly. In one set of toilets no changing space in the showers also very little room in the actual toilet, about 1inch in front of my knees when sitting.

Great size pitches, lovely play facilities for children, friendly staff, lovely walk through the trees with even more play equipment for children

WiFi was often unavailable at the restaurant. Disabled toilet was sometimes difficult to get into with a wheelchair when people are using the washing up facilities
