Late opening for breakfast - 9.30 when checkout was 10

Stayed here for 2 nights and what’s not to like great for families with children of all ages, so lovely to see the children be able to run around playing football and rounders then going to the soft play area having lunch by the bar then using the adventure golf and play area.

Kids were never bored, would definitely come again

Forest, lake, outdoor activities, adventure golf, park, soft play, restaurant and pizza place, grassy space for ball games next to your tent, big tent pitches, nice washing facilities, lovely friendly atmosphere.

It would be useful if it had a shop and indoor games room

We stayed for 4 nights with our young grandchildren. The resort was brilliant for them with so much to do. They never got bored so this made our trip with them perfect. Great size pitches we had room for out awning and gazebo. Will definitely visit again.

My only dislike was the shower block facilities. I can appreciate it is very hard to keep them clean with such a volume of guests but they could do with a makeover in places to make them more appealing.

The toilets and showers were really dirty, there was also no soap on either day in the female toilets. One of the cleaners that I saw just sprayed the floor and then used her foot to smear kitchen roll around but it was just really dirty still.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. In particular Luke and also Kyle. Nice quiet pitch. Generally clean toilets.

It would be great if there was some sort of taxi service available. Disappointing that the shop was closed as this would have been handy.

Avoid this so called Resort - paying £52.50 a night you expect far more when it comes to the showers/toilets/washing up areas. Have stayed in many campsites (oh sorry, this isn't a campsite, it's a resort!) and the facilities are 5 star compared to these.

Shower and toilet blocks cleaned once during our 3 night stay. Despite telling staff one toilet was blocked nothing was done about it as 4 hours later it was still blocked! No mops/scrapers in the shower blocks so floors were covered in water and grass everywhere. Toilet rolls left loosely in the toilets - clearly too lazy to put in the toilet roll holders/containers.

Tables in Coopers Grill extremely sticky to the point we didn't rest our arms/hands on there. The menus stuck to the tables and had to be pulled away!

Fantastic site, good facilities, level pitches, lovely grounds to walk around.

Great play area, nice cafe, very friendly and helpful staff

Toilet block was not very clean, ran out of toilet paper. Pitches felt quite close together.
