Our 1st time at Marwell Resort absolutely beautiful site toilets and showers are very clean, so much to do high ropes, archery, clay pigeon shooting, soft play, outdoor kids playground, football goals (with nets) adventure golf & the lake and woodland walk with an outdoor obstacle course. We didn’t have time to visit the zoo next door, will be rebooking for sure. There is also a massage spa and a gym that provides spinning classes, the bar and grill was closed beginning of nov as it’s outside but it looks beautiful, Thank you to reception staff very welcoming.

I couldn’t find any baby changing unit in showers so had to balance toddler on bench to get nappy on after showering.
We also couldn’t connect to WiFi but didn’t actually follow this up with anyone on site.

The area is very nice and the staff were very helpful

Difficult to find the waste as it was not signed but in future we know where it is.

Fairly level, well drained, gravel pitch of a very good size. Water tap on the pitch. Shower block nicely designed and not far from the pitch. Peaceful.

Access is not clearly signed for Marwell Resort (more emphasis on The Adventure Barn, so look out for that sign!). Severely potholed final approach.. The shower block is not heated (bit chilly in November!) and handriers not working (reported but not fixed). No motorhome drive over drain for grey water. Limited facilities in November (shop closed, bar/restaurant not open in the evening). Not much information on public transport options. I think that it would be better to tidy up the site/facilities a bit better when low season approaches, the stacked/out of use equipment makes the site feel a bit unwelcoming.

It was easy to get in and set up

Nothing really. It is getting to end of season so things weren’t open late ..but that was expected.

As always, a clean site with fabulous staff. Love the bar and restaurant for a lazy breakfast! Even a wet weekend in October a lovely break away from it all

The whole are was beautiful and as it wasn’t too busy we were able to appreciate that. For us we had 3 pitches next to each other so was wonderful to all be together as we have such a large family it can be difficult to go anywhere! The children had each other to entertain themselves and we felt secure in them playing and going between caravans. Our dog also loved it. We didn’t use the bar so can’t comment but did use the cafe as the children played in the adventure area. Staff were friendly, fair variety of food and looked clean. However it was quite pricey for the play area and in the cafe.

Found the adventure play and cafe pricey especially when paying for a large family!
The shop was also closed for the season which was disappointing.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities

No option for a cooler shower for our little boy. Showers were to powerful and to hot.

Perfect for us but not suitable for young children.

We travelled in October when the weather was turning cooler - 3c overnight, and appreciated the facilities on site - especially the heated toilet block.

We found everything to be clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful when we arrived.
