We really appreciated the spacious, level, hard standing pitch and having our own water tap.

The driveway was suffering from heavy rain there were several large puddles and pot holes.
Although clean, the toilet / shower block was very cold. The water was hot but the hand dryers didn't work

I was late arriving but met at reception by a very helpful team member who showed me to my pitch and gave information. The EHU pitches were well maintained and facilities are nice and clean.

It is very dark, no light pollution at all which is good in a way but just make sure you have a torch!

Lovely restaurant with tasty reasonably priced meals. Brilliant friendly helpful staff throughout the whole resort. Beautifully clean and well maintained site.

Loved everything. Have nothing to say other than praise. I will definitely be going back a few times this year and will be taking my children soon too there is so much to do. The staff made it an incredible experience too.

Very disappointed as it sounds amazing in the description. The pitches very uneven, the shower block wasn't clean, pot holes everywhere and no laundry facilities. WiFi should be included these days not extra.

I recently stayed at the Marwell Resort Campsite and it was a delightful experience. Despite arriving late on a particularly stormy evening, I was greeted by Emma at the reception. She went above and beyond, taking the time to show me around the campsite, guiding me to my spot, and ensuring I had everything I needed to settle in comfortably, all while braving the inclement weather with a smile. The campsite itself was well-maintained and peaceful, offering a perfect escape into nature. The exceptional customer service really stood out, making my stay memorable. Lovely site lots of activities for families. Can imagine this is very busy in the summer. Friendly staff on site nice food served in the cafe. Clean facilities.

No heating in the shower block which resulted in the shower block water supply freezing over night so no access to facilities. As it dropped to -9 not anyone fault but meant we lost a night as we didn't want to stay with no showers !
