Pitch location was perfect with lots of space.
The staff were really lovely and helpful.
The food was amazing, lasagne was out of this world and the garlic alioli.
Very pretty sight with beautiful woodland walks.
We would return

Showers could do with a bit of an update. Water was very slow and the temperature was changable.

Amazing site. That’s why we return year after year.

Just a suggestion. A launderette would be a great addition.

Nice soft play and outdoor playground for kids, good facilities for motorhomers.

Someone in kitchen F.ing and blinding out loud about things. All customers could hear. It was disgusting. Ruined the evening when kids can hear it. Even f.ing about the volume of their own live music when we the customers are closer to the music and it was fine.
Drinks and activities expensive.

Very clean, lots of space, safe environment. Really friendly staff who also worked hard to create amazing atmosphere, and great entertainment on Wednesday evening.

Long walk to the toilets in the night (but then balance that out against the benefit of being in the more spacious section which we loved too.)

Re ally like the site, toilets and showers always getting cleaned, with the rain usually hard to keep clean but these where, kids did some of the activities and really enjoyed them would come back

Liked the size of the pitch, customer service, facilities were great. All round a lovely stay.

The price of golf was extortionate.

Great on site facilities and the kids play area, along with live music at the bar, made for great fun for all the family.

Not necessarily their fault but we had a pitch at the bottom of one of the sites, with all the rain, the grass wasn't cut short and there were large tyre groves in the soil so it meant uneven and wet flooring. I'm sure with dryer conditions it would be fine however if they knew this was a bad spot, it maybe should have just been closed off.
