Really nice clean friendly site will diffinetly be booking again family and dog friendly showers and toilets nice and clean went with two other family's all our requests were met very friendly staff loads of activities you can book

Marwell was absolutely brilliant. It had very clean facilities and the friendly staff always available to ask questions. The fishing was great with stunning carp very well cared for. The entertainment venue was good clean and affordable. Marwell was such a great place I have booked up again for next year. If you like slow quiet and fishing on the grounds then take a look at Marwell Resorts

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a very nice location. Easy to get to easy to find with great facilities and warm friendly staff.

The relaxed attitude of the staff towards how we set up our pitches (3 x pitches for 3 families).
The facilities - great showers, good toilets, local bar, lots of kids activities.
The pizzas on Wednesday night.
The adventure golf … a good price with the discount.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t as good as last year. It was very busy but the tapas ran out and some of the meals (which were excellent and freshly cooked last year) were probably frozen food.
The bar prices are a little high (£6 a pint).
The kids activities are a little pricey as well. £28 for quad biking and £22 for tree climbing … I know they can justify it but I really believe if they charged half the price they’d be packed all day and they’d make more money!

The Bingo & Pizza night. Entertainer was great. Pizza was lovely.
Bar and food was good and not overpriced.
Outside seating area by bar was lovely.
Size of the electric pitch.
Adventure golf.

Showers were horrible. Felt dirtier coming out than going in.
Taps on sinks were so fast that you got soaked brushing your teeth and made the floor soaking too.
Saw lady cleaners, twice. Just a spray bottle of bleach and a mop to mop the floor. Didn't see them clean the showers at all.
The girls that worked in the bar were terrible. Speaking all together about a customer that did something earlier. They were not at all customer friendly and it was like being served by a load of stroppy teenagers that didn't give a hoot about customers. They were like this every night.
Most activities were at the weekends. Not a lot going on in the week.
Dustbins at 5.45am Tuesday
Glass bottle collection at 6am with the Private Gym doing a class at 6am with doors open and very loud music.
All in all, the site looked tired and needed a lot doing to it. Don't really know how they can call it a "Resort"

The road towards Marwell Resort has big putholes some maintenance could be done.

Single mum with 3 children here. We Loved all the activities on site. So much to do for all the family! All the staff were amazing and really supportive with my 2 SEN sons and my toddler daughter. I highly recommend this site. We stayed in pitch b19 as we requested a quiet spot. Which the staff were brilliant about. We will definitely be going back while the kids are off school still. Clean facilities and everything you want / need.

Nothing! The whole place is just brilliant.

I was greeted with a smile by every staff member. Reception guided me to my pitch and took time to talk me through the map of the resort they had provided. There was a lovely buzz in the air from visitors and staff who all seemed really happy and relaxed about being at Marwell Resort.
Coffee shop opening at 7.30am was appreciated. Main cafe serving good selection of food was a bonus. Bar on the Resort with snacks was a treat.
Too many activities to mention …. great for families.
As a lone traveller with my dog I felt safe, included and thoroughly spoilt for choice with so many walks and adventures on offer throughout the resort.
There were only sensible rules of the resort so nothing that caused a problem.
You can do as much or as little as you want…..

Not really a dislike but dog waste bins would be a great addition … that’s me being lazy about walking back to the waste area (waste area was clear and simply organised)
