Resort is lovely, plenty of activities to keep you busy. Lovely pizzas. Warm showers. Friendly staff. Facilities very clean. Lovely entertainment.

The distance from pitch to showers/ toilets. Only one shower block.
No lights around resort at night, very dark at night.

We loved Marwell! Site was beautifully set, so much to offer for the kids.
Showers could benefit from some modernisation, but we're OK!
Pitches are alittle close but everyone was quite friendly so didn't cause us a problem!

First time staying here we found it excellent for both kids and adults. The extras you have to pay for we didn't find them to be excessive in price. Staff were friendly. Pitch size was great. Really nice place to stay. The kids really enjoyed the free obstacle course in the woods great they had hours of fun in there. Adventure golf was also great. The free play park the kids enjoyed but could do with abit of an update. The soft play is OK for younger kids. Wood fired pizza was nice also. The toilets and showers were always clean when we used them.

Taps in the shower facility's could be fixed so they all work. The play park for the kids could do with abit or repair work. Hopefully this is done out of season.

Staff was super helpful, I arrived to find I had booked for the following Friday and had mixed up my dates. They managed to accommodate us thankfully as my car was fully loaded with camping equipment. My daughter loved the ballpit on-site and the nature walk was a nice touch with activities dotted around, disnt get chance for crazy golf as it was pouring. Pitch was great as place next to small shop and washing up house with small freezer for ice (only) great for hot days! Toilet blocks and showers we're extremely clean and it had been pouring so very impressed 👏...we will definitely be back, really enjoyed the food also 😋🏕

Lots of open spaces for the kids to explore and play in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it is in a great location for the local towns, zoo, planetarium and new forest.
The facilities were clean and well maintained and the bar area with fire pit is lovely

Everything had an extra cost and quite expensive , for example the the crazy golf would have cost us £25 so we only did it once, if it was cheaper for paying guests we would have done it every day. The food was really nice but also expensive so we either cooked ourself or ate out.

Friendly at reception, early check in, good location for south coast

Relatively noisy busy campsite (this could of course be a positive). Taps in toilets needed to be held on to work, not great for washing hands, no hooks in toilets, shower fairly weak pressure. Expensive (£55 a night). Lack of maintenance in some areas including broken trampoline in children’s park.
