Staff extremely friendly, big and flat surfaces for tents, pub with delicious food on site, nice woods for walks with kids and more ,bonfire next to tent ,coming back next week and highly recommend to everyone

Activities

Low Water pressure on shower rooms,

Assault course, nature walk, play area, soft play, lake, fields, scenery, lots of trees, live music.

Showers very poor - no water pressure, toilet roll not refilled in toilets, adventure golf, pizza and restaurant too expensive for us, grass pitches too close together - overlapping guy ropes. Only 2 washing up sinks on whole site that we found so had to queue also no bin at washing up to scrape plates.

Very nice campsite. Check in fast and easy, was explained everything, pitch easy to find.
Pub/ restaurant, great choice, loads to choose from, we had a picnic patter that was amazing. H
Showers nice and hot, loos ok. Great for dogs. Loved mini golf.

There wasn’t a lot of activities we could book as they wasn’t on this time of year.

Said fishing was fully booked but was loads of swims free when we walked down there
WiFi didn’t work.

Pitches nicely spaced. Near all things on site. Very clean, tidy and staff very polite. Found plenty to fo and laughed do much.

Only downside was no public transport

The amenities, the park, very clean facilities.

The pressure of the water at the facilities made it nearly impossible not to wet your clothes and the water was spraying everywhere when you were trying to wash your hands. Maybe this can be looked in and adjusted as the paddle you were making on the floors and on yourself when washing hands.

Disabled toilets and showers were clean and spacious. Outside bar area was beautiful and had lovely options for food and drink. Lots of activities for children; the soft play and mini golf were great.

Some additional facilities for disabled children using a wheelchair would have made the experience that much better. For example, making the mini golf course accessible (the steps over each entrance) or widening the woodland walk pathways, or perhaps a proper changing places facility.
