The pitch and pub/restaurant facities, children enjoyed adventure golf

Ladies bathroom faculties disappointing this time. Taps sprayed and wet the floor so caused a mess with muddy shoes. Hot water run out for showers and washing up, had to wash up using our kettle.
Got charged for our second car however the family we stayed next to did not get charges for their second car so we were £12 down

Open spaced and frendliness

Shower's flow and temperature, awful experience, even trying at different times in the day was the same, a maintenance contractor is urgently needed

Great pitch, very spacious relaxing and South Facing sun all day. Facilities clean and bar and music are great. Staff great and helpful. Marwell Zoo right next door

The water pressure is terrible takes 15 mins to fill a 40L aquarium roll, shower pressure is terrible and the chemical waste point is too high up to empty a WasteMaster you can’t lift it up and the point is absolutely caked in bird droppings and has no water pressure to clean the cassette.

Water pressure in sink in ladies restroom was so high you got drenched even when just wanting to clean your teeth, as the spray of water went everywhere and in the floor making us slippery, yet the water pressure in the showers was pretty low! This was the only downside.

The family friendly atmosphere - and the big playground for the kids. Also the shower blocks and toilets were super clean. There was also live music when we stayed which was great

Lovely site with lots for children to do.
There were many places on site to walk. The restaurant good was nice. Staff were lovely. Soft play was fantastic for our grandson.

Showers and toilets were not what I would expect from a £50 a night site. Not very clean.
No wardens walking around at night so it was very noisy.
We didn’t have our own electric box for our caravan but an extension lead feeding the whole row, when everyone was making breakfast there wasn’t even enough electric to feed our fridge.
The path leading up to reception is full of ditches if you are in a caravan.
