Regarding the activities, we understand your concerns about pricing and the experience, and we always aim to provide good value and fun for everyone. We will certainly pass your feedback on to the activity providers. As for the early departure time, we do require guests to leave by 10am to allow us enough time to prepare the pitches for the next arrivals by 12pm. Changing this time could cause scheduling challenges and affect other guests, so we appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for another visit. |
