Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The coffee at the shop was fresh and very tasty...like a costa/starbucks. The shop had reasonable prices. Facilities were clean and modern.
Disliked: Early check out if you have a large tent to pack up. We had to be packed up at 11am which meant a 7am start.

Liked: Children’s play area field, showers, shops and cafe options
Disliked: The only very small thing is the lack of play equipment for under 7’s. It would be good to have some swings and a slide.

We do have plans to extend the play area and have recently bought a climbing wall, a slide and some swings - we just could not get them installed before the school holidays. They will definitely be in for next year though. I'll be uploading pictures on social media as it happens. Watch this space!

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The site was well maintained and so peaceful. The sounds of nature around you from hooting owls to chirping grasshoppers were a natural chillout soundtrack.
The breakfast rolls are a must.Disliked: Seriously not a lot to dislike just the odd annoying wasp but that is par for the course when camping.

Level, good sized pitch with all amenities near byDisliked: At peak times the toilet areas were very busy (had to wait), but we visited during the main school summer holidays when the site was near capacity.
Excellent campsite with everything you need! Welcoming and friendly.

Liked: Such a beautiful campsite! Has everything you need for a great stay with friends and especially children! A lovely park close by and freedom to run around. The toilet and shower blocks are well equipped and clean. The cafe is amazing with the most delicious coffee and fresh croissants! The owner is absolutely lovely and so helpful and welcoming. Noise stops at 10pm which everyone respects and makes camping with children so much easier! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and are already planning our return trip next year :)

Liked: Really well organised site that went above and beyond with cleanliness and beautiful planting decorations.
Very friendly people who were so helpful and concerned visitors had a nice stay with a good on site presence. Would definitely recommend.Disliked: I think eventually as the site grows it would be helpful to have another secondary toilet block.
