Friendly welcome. The ability to walk into the town centre and back is great. The field view at the rear of the site and grassy site, perfect for our little dog. Lovely farm shop with a huge choice of products about 15 minutes walk.

This site is tired. The facilities need some TLC. Hardstandings are sloping. However, that said, we would go back because of the positives.

Our pitch was number 5 which was separated by a flimsy hedge to tye noisiest Road we've ever heard. There was a traffic light right by our pitch so it meant not only did we have the constant traffic noise but if the lights were on red and traffic was at a stand still we had car engines and motorcycles revving their engines or loud music blasting from cars at all of the hours .. day and night. There really needs to be a thicker hedge to block some of the noise! The site itself is rather run down, unmowed grass, the toilet/shower block dirty and full of cobwebs. Took one look and decided not to use it. The kids playground needs a lot of TLC, the ground full of weeds and nettles. Very overpriced for just EHU £59.00 for two nights. Been to much better looked after, cleaner and family friendly sites for a lot less.

Yarm high Street approx 30 mins walk

Too close to busy main road, grass around pitches well overgrown, no hot water, soap or drying facilities in male toilets.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Site needed serious TLC. Wooden floor for water and hook up posts rotten, play area and planting now very over grown and wood from new glamping pod strewn all over, grass very long, light and hot water for washing up not working...... shame.

Had to cancel pitch less than 24 hours after pitch was booked. Phoned campsite to inform them that we were unable to travel to site. Employee said she would notify the owner. No corespondents from owner about cancellation. Poor customer service. No idea what site was like as never arrived but no contact or offer of refund was not very good
