Well laid out site, with great play area and lots of lovely farm animals (the pigs are the cutest!) . Clean toilets and hot showers. Friendly, helpful staff! Loved the attention to detail with fairy lights, rugs and bunting in each bell tent ❤️

The website doesn't do it justice. So much better than expected. Need a FAQ on the website to confirm what tents include.

What a great place, we camped in the wooded area, lit a fire and watched a scary film on our projector at night lol. Amazing little farm with the odd cute little pig ecaping it’s pen and coming to say hi. Very well kept toilet/shower facilities, great rustic childrens climbing playground area too, you could well just stay onsite and have a great time. We ventured out to Fleetwood and clevelys too that’s only a few minutes drive to the beach. The bell tent area looks lovely too and hopefully we will be back to check that soon. Friendly family that came to check we had everything we needed such as logs and fire pits ect. Directions and site in general is easy to find and clean and tidy

Going home

I just like the quietness of the place. There is always a wee nuck to get your tent into, so you feel like your in your own bit of woodland. Showers are great too, especially the end one on the right.

Can’t think of any dislikes.

Woodland camping was a nice change to regular camping, showers and toilets were great, still able to get an uber from site to Blackpool. Lovely surprise to see all the farm animals, would stay again

Great site, beautiful setting for children and adults alike. The farm was super cute and we loved the bell tent. Upon learning that I and my friends had misplaced the poles for our tent, the manager Steve offered to upgrade us to a bell print at a discounted rate. He literally saved the day and we owe him a massive debt of gratitude. Such a solid guy, would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place.

Super clean & tidy. Small enough to set up camp and feel the kids are safe and within eyes sight playing at the cool log jungle gym & bike dirt track. Great fire pit experience. Quiet but friendly. Thanks!

Beautiful wooded area. Lovely well kept site. Good play area. Loved the nature walk. Kids adored it all as did we. Tent was pretty, beautifully decorated, spacious. Fire pits were great. Area for kids to play within tented area also. Friendly welcoming staff. Great showers and toilets. So so pretty and relaxing.

Only thing we struggled with, not disliked as such, was the level of darkness in the black tents. The lanterns still didn't give off much light because tents are just too dark. Even in the day you struggled to see anything inside the tents as just so so dark. You really need to bring an extra powerful light if a family. Would have been romantic and cosy if just a couple away, but with kids who have toys and paper n pens not very practical as just far too dark. More a learning curve what to bring rather than a dislike. Still beautiful spacious tents and grounds.

Fell in love with the site on arrival. Love how wildlife are allowed to roam and be free. The site was extremely clean and we picked the perfect pitch in the woodlands!

I had an amazing experience at Bowses Hill Farm where I took my three-year-old for his first-ever camping trip. The site was clean and well-maintained, with great shower and bathroom facilities. The highlight for my little one was the animals on the farm, which he loved. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to speak with us and making sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely a great place for families, and the kids will love the opportunity to play in the lush and scenic surroundings. 10/10 would recommend!
