Riverview RV Park and Campground is on the banks of the Big Thompson river in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in northern Colorado. The quiet, family-oriented park, surrounded by cottonwood trees, is near the entrance to Big Thompson Canyon, and a short drive from the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Cache la Poudre River Canyon. The site's facilities include a convenience store, playground, dog park, walking trail, barbecues, picnic tables and fire pits. There's a launderette, modern washrooms, wifi and an RV dump station. The Rocky Mountains National Park is the area's main attraction, with activities including hiking, bike trails, fishing, wildlife spotting and horse riding. Elsewhere nearby you'll find golf courses, art museums, nature reserves and some of Colorado's craft breweries.
