Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 16 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/06 and 31/08.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €50,00 (R1 014,25) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 8 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 22/09 and 14/12.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 01/07 and 24/08.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar and/or restaurant is open between 24/01 et 14/12.
• The bar is open between 24/01 and 14/12.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

General

• The games room is open between 01/06 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 et 15/10 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €50,00 (R1 014,25) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
