On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 15 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pitches

• Pitches: a €10,00 (R207,33) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 26/05 - 30/06 and 29/08 - 03/09.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from to between 01/07 et 28/08.

General

• The bar is open between 01/06 and 04/09.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with Salmonidi, ciprinidi.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/06 et 04/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 a.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
