Shaded pitches next to little stream.
Clean toilet / washing facilities.
Swimming pool.
Bar / restaurant great for ice cream and morning bread.

Disliked Friday night (silent ?) disco went on until 11 pm in beachside bar next to our pitch.

Liked Clean facilities, table tennis, pitch near lake. You can cycle into Arona and along the lakeside once you get into Arona. Nice chilled site.

Disliked The frontage on to lake Maggiore is quite small and there is no way of accessing the rest of the lake from the campsite. You can swim in the lake but it does smell a little like a pond.

Disliked Etwas nicht ganz so leises reinigen der Toiletten teilweise schon um 6 Uhr morgens.
Aber klar wenn sauber sein soll muss geputzt werden ;)

Liked Endroit calme. Sanitaire récents et agréables. Proximité du lac. Wifi correct

Disliked Présence de moustiques en grand nombre à cause du ruisseau qui traverse le camping.
Règle interne inacceptable d'interdire de pénétrer dans le camping avec son véhicule entre 12 et 14h30 même si on est déjà installé. Nous avons donc décidé de changer de camping.

From the manager: merci pour votre avis. les moustiques ne dépendent pas de nous. la règle d'interdiction de circulation de 12h30 à 14h30 est bien exprimée sur tous nos sites, il était donc au courant avant son arrivée. il vise à assurer un déjeuner tranquille à nos clients sans que les voitures circulent à l'intérieur et à proximité des emplacements. sur 5 avis effectués sur pitchup a toujours mis 6 comme vote, peut-être qu'en France vous n'avez pas de moustiques et avec les voitures allez où vous voulez.

Liked Pleasant enough site. Lots of permanent "caravan / chalets" combos parked close together. Touring pitches were a good size. This was early season (April), so a lot of summer prep going on. Plenty of amenities, including pool, for kids. Showers and toilets were spotlessly clean. Convenient for touring southern Lake Maggiore. Restaurant cafe was very good with friendly staff and fresh bread for sale in the morning. Breakfasts and evening meals were also good and fair priced.

Liked Toilet and shower facilities v clean.
Small beach onto lake. Dog area. The particular pitch we were on was excellent - closest to the beach area with stream to one side. There were buses (though not that often) to Arona where ferries were available to Stresa etc but it was quite a long journey.

Disliked The main campsite of permanent tents was a bit of a shanty town and the motorhome pitches in this area were not very nice. The best pitches are next to the stream where you park parallel to the road. The local area is v urban.

Liked Very clean toilet and washing facilities, lovely pizza.

Disliked A lot of noise after 11pm, disappointing beach area as only very short frontage. On foot there isn't much to see.
