Located 10 minutes’ drive from Cesena in Emilia Romagna, Yanvii Factory sits between gorgeous Ravenna and the sophisticated coastal resort of Rimini. Centred on a traditional stone farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and mulberry trees, this peaceful camping meadow has distant views of the Apennines and is also 10 minutes’ drive from the Adriatic Sea at Cervia.
The list of on-site facilities is fairly short – showers and toilets, picnic tables, communal fridges and charging points – but there’s plenty going on at Yanvii Factory to keep you gainfully occupied. The site owners organise performance workshops, rural activities like harvesting or picking seasonal fruits, and guided interactions with horses and Tibetan goats.
There are frequent communal meals on site, as well as lots of space around the gardens to practise yoga or meditate in complete privacy. Excellent public-transport links allow you to get around easily, and the area has a wide range of historic sites to visit as well as hiking and cycling options, beaches and watersports amenities.

Very nice people and site. Traditional meets natural. Some road noise.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Spacious, lots of wild flowers, In an olive grove, lots of place to sit in sun or shade, noce sunset view, VERY kind staff. Place inside the house in case of rain/cold. Very easygoing.
Disliked Some rumor from the road.

Culture-vulture or beach babe? Luckily you can be both when staying at Yanvii Factory. Numerous Adriatic Sea beaches are around 10 minutes’ drive away, including the fine sandy stretch at Cervia. Elegant Rimini (half an hour) marries beach life neatly with heritage, being known equally for its late-night clubbing scene, ancient Roman landmarks and Renaissance palazzos.
Other historic places to explore include the coastal defence tower of Torre San Michele, and often-unsung Porto Canale Leonardesco (both 15 minutes) with its Da Vinci-designed canal lined by traditional wooden boats. Making a splendid day out, glorious Ravenna (35 minutes) is immortalised for the ancient mosaics in its basilicas and mausoleums, and as the birthplace of poet Dante Alighieri in 1265.
If kids are with you, chances are they’ll want to spend time on the waterslides and lazy river at Parco Acquatico Atlantica Cesenatico (15 minutes). Other choices for family-centric days out include the hundreds of colourful butterflies at the Casa delle Farfalle (15 minutes), and the chance to spot giraffes, lions and elephants from onboard a mini-train at Safari Ravenna (20 minutes).
