Liked La piscina che abbiamo usato per 10 minuti di orologio perché poi ha chiuso. Poi ci è piaciuta la gentilezza e la cortesia della ragazza al bar.

Disliked Oltre alle due note qui sopra, ho un lungo elenco, posso iniziare dalle feci di topo nei bagni a cui ho scattato delle foto, senza considerare che non c'era nessun tipo di servizio, nemmeno la carta igienica. Non c'era un cestino per la spazzatura. Insomma questo riguarda i bagni. Nella Piazzolla non c'era ombra. L'attacco per la corrente era lontano e non funzionava per il caricatore. Inizialmente dal sito avevo visto fosse abbastanza vicino al mare ma no, dista ben 5 km dal mare, perciò l'unica attività ludica dentro tutto il camping era giocare nella sala giochi: il biliardino (calcio balilla) costava un euro, e ok. Ma fosse il problema del costo, tiriamo la leva e scende giù una pallina di plastica apribile che sicuramente ha messo dentro qualche bimbo, ma nessuna pallina, vado a chiedere al bar ma non se ne occupano loro, se ne occupa la reception che indovinate un po'??? Aveva appena chiuso (alle 19.30) quindi per qualsiasi cosa in ogni caso ci saremmo dovuti arrangiare. Come se non bastasse il wifi era a pagamento. È ovvio che mi infurio se ho pagato 43 €per una notte solo per poggiare la tenda in un camping che ha 4 stelle, ho lavorato in camping e ho girato e non è un camping 4 stelle è una truffa. Mi spiace perché è veramente raro che metta recensioni, soprattutto negative. Il tuffo nell' 85 è stato anche divertente, dato che sembrava un posto fermo nel tempo soprattutto la sala giochi però piuttosto scriviamo "CAMPING (SENZA STELLE) 85'S EXPERIENCE". Almeno sappiamo a cosa andiamo in contro. E magari abbassate i prezzi che 43€ per un posto al sole è veramente troppo. Non dico nulla sulla "pizza" perché siamo in Francia e io sono sarda, il mio compagno pizzaiolo e ok... MA NON CHIAMATELA PIZZA ALMENO! Ci fa male al cuore vedere un disco da frisbee essere chiamato pizza. Comunque sapevo che non sarebbe stata buona una cosa, surgelata pagata comunque 10 euro la margherita, ma ci ho voluto credere

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre retour est important pour nous, et nous souhaitons répondre aux différents points que vous avez soulevés.
Concernant les sanitaires : nous regrettons que vous ayez constaté des traces de rongeurs. Nous sommes attentifs à l’hygiène et à la propreté, mais comme dans tout lieu en pleine nature, il peut arriver qu’un incident se produise. Si cela nous avait été signalé, nous serions intervenus immédiatement. Concernant les poubelles, elles sont bien présentes à l’entrée de chaque bloc sanitaire.
Emplacement : si celui-ci ne vous convenait pas, notamment pour le manque d’ombre ou la distance de la borne électrique, il suffisait de nous le signaler dès votre arrivée. Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour proposer une solution alternative lorsqu’un client n’est pas satisfait. Vous êtes arrivés en fin de journée, lorsque le soleil est plus bas, et il est vrai que les emplacements ombragés sont parfois limités à certaines heures.
Par ailleurs, pour l’électricité, si vous n’aviez pas d’adaptateur, il est normal que vous n’ayez pas pu vous brancher. Nous en prêtons gratuitement à l’accueil, il suffit de nous le demander.
Proximité de la mer : notre site indique clairement notre adresse. Le camping est à 4,5 km de la plage, avec un bus direct disponible sans correspondance. Ce n’est certes pas les pieds dans l’eau, mais cela reste accessible sans difficulté.
Salle de jeux : : effectivement, si un problème survient, la réception est là pour vous aider dès sa réouverture à 9h. Ce n’est pas au bar de gérer ce type de souci, mais nous remboursons volontiers ce genre d’incident dès qu’il nous est signalé.
Piscine : nous ne comprenons pas non plus votre mécontentement à ce sujet. Une des piscines est ouverte tous les jours jusqu’à 19h30, et le jour de votre arrivée, une nocturne était proposée de 21h à 22h30, vous laissant largement le temps d’en profiter. Cela semble montrer que vous cherchiez à relever le moindre défaut, même lorsqu’un service est bien en place.
Restauration : nous tenons à rappeler qu’il s’agit d’un service de restauration simple au sein d’un camping, et non d’un restaurant étoilé. Certains produits sont surgelés, ce qui est courant dans l’hôtellerie de plein air. Nous n'avons, jusqu'à présent, jamais reçu de plainte à ce sujet, et notre équipe met tout en œuvre pour proposer des plats corrects et accessibles. Une critique peut être constructive sans être blessante et il est tout à fait légitime de ne pas apprécier un plat, mais nous vous remercions de respecter le travail de notre équipe, qui fait de son mieux au quotidien.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience vous ait donné l’impression d’un décalage avec vos attentes. Notre équipe travaille avec sérieux pour offrir un séjour agréable, dans le respect des critères de notre classement.

Regarding the sanitary facilities: we regret that you noticed traces of rodents. We are very attentive to hygiene and cleanliness, but as with any location surrounded by nature, occasional incidents can happen. Had we been informed, we would have intervened immediately. As for waste bins, they are indeed available at the entrance of each sanitary block.
Pitch: if the pitch did not meet your expectations — due to lack of shade or distance from the power outlet — it would have been enough to let us know upon arrival. We always do our best to offer an alternative when a guest is not satisfied. You arrived at the end of the day, when the sun is already lower, and indeed, shaded pitches can be limited at certain times.
Additionally, regarding electricity: if you didn’t have the correct adapter, it’s normal that you couldn’t connect. We lend adapters free of charge at the reception — you just need to ask.
Proximity to the sea: our website clearly indicates our location. The campsite is 4.5 km from the beach, with a direct bus available that requires no transfer. While it’s not beachfront, it remains easily accessible.
Game room: if a problem arises, the reception is here to assist you as soon as it reopens at 9 a.m. It is not the bar's responsibility to manage this kind of issue. We are always happy to refund this type of incident once reported.
Swimming pool: we also don’t fully understand your dissatisfaction here. One of our pools is open every day until 7:30 p.m., and on the day of your arrival, we hosted a night session from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., giving you plenty of time to enjoy it. It seems like you may have been looking for flaws, even when the service was indeed available.
Food service: we would like to remind you that this is a simple snack bar within a campsite — not a fine-dining restaurant. Some products are frozen, which is common in open-air hospitality. Until now, we have never received a complaint on this subject, and our team does its best to offer simple and accessible meals. A critique can be constructive without being hurtful — and while it is perfectly legitimate not to enjoy a dish, we kindly ask that the work of our team be respected, as they give their best every day.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience gave you the impression of a gap between what you expected and what we offer. Our team works with dedication to provide a pleasant stay while respecting the standards of our official rating.

Liked Het vriendelijke ontvangst. Het fantastische restaurant en heerlijk zwembad. Prachtig uitzicht.

Disliked Schoonmaak toilet en douche eens in 3 dagen.
Geen afvoer voor camper vuilwater en geen chemisch toilet afvoer.
Het mooiste zwembad was leeg, de blikvanger van de website waar je eerste indruk ligt. Ver van supermarkt en stad. 6 douches, 2 toiletten. (2 sanitairgebouwen waren gesloten) Van plaats naar ingang hele steile helling . Betalen voor WIFI.
Geringe opening receptie, geen broodjes mogelijk.

Liked The campsite was friendly, clean and very good facilities. The swimming pools were lovely and clean and perfect to cool down in after a day out visiting the area.
I would recommend the on site restaurant and takeaway. Very good food, large choices on the menu, cooked freshly for you.
I would definitely stay here again.

Liked 2 Swimmingpools vorhanden.
Toiletten und Duschen sauber.

Disliked Unser Platz war leider kleiner als in der Buchung vorgegeben, die Klimaanlage von unserem Nachbarmobilheim und der Stromverteiler von 6 Plätzen war keinen Meter von unserem Kopf entfernt. Diese Geräuschkulisse war nachts sehr unangenehm. Des Weiteren wurde keine Nachtruhe eingehalten. Bis tief in die Morgenstunden wurde auf dem Platz gefeiert. Schlafen war kaum möglich, so dass wir einen Tag vorher freiwillig abgereist sind.
Woher die 4 Sterne kommen, weiß ich nicht!
Die Duschen und Toiletten waren sauber, aber sehr alt.
Diesen Platz würde ich nie wieder buchen und auch niemals weiterempfehlen.
