Liked This was a lovely campsite and we loved the tree coverage as it was warm so the trees provided shade and privacy. Pitches were large and spacious with plenty of ablution blocks for cleaning up dishes, clothes, showers and loos. Bring your own toilet paper!

The pool was great for the children with slides and the shop and restaurant well stocked. We had mussels as a special event but booking was needed as they open to the public too, so book at the bar for your table.

Not really a dislike but worthy of a comment; the pool was very policed in terms of men’s attire - trunks had to be worn not swim shorts and the shop did a roaring trade in men and boys swim trunks - my 9 year old needed a pair but my hubby had cycling shorts that did the trick. Good ol’ Shein and Decathlon in the shop and €6 was an okay price. Lots of gents got told they couldn’t swim without getting some Lycra!!

Location was great and we hired bikes off the campsite a few minutes walk away as was the beach.
Big but not too lively!

Disliked You had to pay for wifi - have been to places where it is free for guests. Not a deal breaker but we needed to be in touch for work/emails.

Disliked Le paiement de la 2ème carte d’accès pour un véhicule qui ne bouge pas. La tondeuse jusqu’à 19h30 à 5 mètres de la terrasse du restaurant. L’attente systématique aux douches.

Liked Pool area and reasonably close to beach (5 min walk). Good price for a couple of nights stop over. Thank you!

Disliked Not enough showers / toilets and no toilet paper. Had to pay for Wi Fi.

Liked The swimming pool
They were very accommodating in putting two separate bookings together.
They were also willing to put us on a shaded site.

Disliked Noise, neighbours on the site were noisy in the middle of the night, 3am several nights in a row and the campsite didn't do anything about it when we complained. The neighbouring campsite was extremely noisy. There was a smell of fuel (like from an old car) all the time and it makes us feel unwell.

Liked Campsite overall cleanliness was fantastic, sanitaires were cleaned throughout the day so always clean. Showers were hot and powerful, and several blocks of sanitaires so never too far to walk or long to wait. A short walk to the beautiful beach that offers rockpooling when the tide is out. A few little shops and bars/restaraunts stumbling distance, and a very well stocked camp shop. Onsite snack bar/restaurant was fantastic with a few nights entertainment put on. Aire de Jeux onsite great for both the little and bigger kids. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Cycle paths from campsite that lead to the promenade/centreville if you’re looking for more choice

Disliked The pool gets super busy after lunch as we went peak season, however this is not so bad as there is always the beach! As seems to be the way with most sites, don’t expect toilet seats, toilet paper or soap, however we have also stayed at 5 star €+ places who don’t provide this either!
