Sprawling views of meadows and mountains. A short hop from Anglesey’s famed sandy beach of Lligwy. What more could you want? Well, at Dulas Meadow, you also get peaceful adults-only touring pitches and uber-modern facilities. Even better, dogs are welcome on site, so Fido gets to share in your Welsh island adventure, too. This is a peaceful site that doesn't allow group bookings. There are three water points close by, so you never have to walk far for a drink. A special mention also goes to the shower blocks, both fashioned from wood, which are really quite deluxe. Meadow Blossom is a chill-out cabin with a pamper area, while Flushing Meadow has a spotless shower and two loos. They’re more VIP areas than anything you’d expect to find in a field on Anglesey. When it's time to slow down and unwind, head to the on-site Sunset Sauna (additional fee applies), a peaceful woodfired sauna overlooking open green fields. And when you’re up for making new friends, there are two social areas with firepits where you can bump into other guests and reminisce about your day’s adventures. If you’re not feeling the chatty vibe, there are plenty of quiet corners for moments of solitude surrounded by gorgeous nature. If you’d like to use public transport while staying at Dulas Meadow, there is a bus stop at the end of the lane. The number 62 bus between Cemaes and Bangor on the mainland stops there regularly throughout the day.

This adults-only spot gets top marks for super-clean facilities, including a ladies' pamper hut. Guests love the peaceful vibe, big pitches, and country views. Gregg & Alison are brilliant hosts. Great for exploring the coast, though facilities can get busy in peak season.

Liked Very friendly welcome, lovely large pitch for our tent. An immaculate site on a small scale in a beautiful location. We had a short 2 night stay but were so impressed with the facilities which are kept immaculate. My wife really loved the ladies cabin which is a great idea.
It’s clear that Greg and Alison have put their heart and soul into this site as it shows in the upkeep and standard of the park.
We hope to return next year as this site is now one of our faves and maybe stay longer hopefully. Bliss!!

Liked Everything ! Amazing site ,peaceful,spotlessly clean ,ladies only hut was just a dream ❤️ Got logs on site for the cozy grill ,even enjoyed washing up in meadow suds 😃by far the best site I’ve ever stayed on ,next time going to book the sauna .Honestly felt so relaxed ,didn’t want to leave .

Liked This was the perfect campsite for a solo female camper. The site felt safe and was constantly maintained the entire time I was there. The morning of my arrival I received a welcome message giving me clear instructions and guides, and also contact numbers of if I needed assistance. The facilities were fantastic, all clean and well maintained, there’s also a female only cabin for showers and toilets. Would definitely recommend this site and would definitely come back, thank you to all at Dulas Meadow for a lovely stay

Local attractions

Fringed by dunes, the vast sandy expanse at Traeth Lligwy (10 minutes’ drive) is a top spot for walks (dogs are welcome, which is another bonus) or for digging around assorted rockpools. From there, you can also access the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path for windswept walks along the shore. It was the ancient Romans who started mining at Mynydd Parys | Parys Mountain Copper Mine (10 minutes). After centuries of mineral extraction, the desolate landscape is reminiscent of something from a sci-fi movie. The acid conditions of the ground mean that only some rare species of lichens are able to thrive here. Make your way to the easternmost tip of Anglesey and Trwyn Penmon Point (40 minutes), with the 19th-century Trwyn Du Lighthouse and views of Puffin Island, just offshore. To see the resident puffins (plus other seabirds including cormorants and guillemots), you’ll have to catch a boat from Beaumaris, a 15-minute drive from Trwyn Penmon Point.
