Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- For items hired on site: a £30 deposit is required for electric cables and a £20 deposit for firepits (payable in cash only) and will be fully refunded upon return.

Loved its scenic setting amongst trees and mountains, with great walks. Facilities are spotless, with hot showers and kitted-out kitchens. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Safe, peaceful, and family-orientated, many return. Just a bit of road noise and occasional busy periods noted.

Liked From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was — especially the bathrooms and showers, which were spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit.
The whole site felt very safe and secure, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It’s also incredibly child-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to play and explore freely.
The scenery is simply spectacular — surrounded by lush green hills and picturesque landscapes. We were spoiled for choice with outdoor activities nearby, including hiking, biking, and scenic walks.
Highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and serene place to stay, whether you're a family with children or just nature lovers wanting to unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

Liked The views were great for our pitch. Good location for the event we completed and staff advised us on a good walk just off the site.
Disliked Toilets were blocked, they got my booking wrong and didn’t have me done as electrical set up etc.
I found 1 staff member a bit rude taking a phone call on headset while talking to me.

From the manager: We are sorry to hear about that, mistakes do happen, staff member will be scolded about that, as per the toilets we advise to tell us if something is wrong so we can fix it, we check the toilets regularly but if something happens in the meantime and no one tells us, we cannot fix it!

Disliked Tents mixed with campervans, We prefer separate areas as we had large vehicles around us......toilets blocked, shower cabins like sweat boxes and shower rails rusty.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review us, we apologise about the toilets being blocked but we do urge you to tell us if you notice that so we can go and unblock them, we check the toilets at least 4 times per day but if in that time something happens, it is advisable to let us know so we can fix it!
Not sure what do you mean by showers like sweat boxes, shower rails we are actively looking for a solution from keeping them to rust as it is a damp area and metal rusts!
