What customers say
Loved by visitors for peaceful, private sites in a gorgeous, neat setting. Great hosts, fun games room, well-stocked farm shop & spotless facilities (eco-friendly cleaners too!). Some wanted clearer directions & bigger freezer; one felt less privacy. Most keen to come back!

Clean , friendly and very peaceful.
Pitch Perfect non-electric grass and gravel pitch
Liked Lovely set up surrounded by wildlife. The facilities were great and in the evening we were treated to a visual display from the resident barn swallows. As the light faded the lack of light pollution allowed a great view of the night sky.
Disliked Nothing to dislike however not a place gor people who want electric everything. It suited us !

Beautiful farm, friendly owners, very clean site,
Pitch Perfect non-electric grass and gravel pitch
Liked Gorgeous farm in a peaceful setting. We arrived and were greeted at the gate by the lovely owner who showed us to our pitch and talked us through where everything was.
The pitches are spread so far apart you cant see anyone else so it felt really private and quiet. The farm is absolutely stunning! All you can hear are birds and animals.
They have two lovely dogs which my daughter loved, we saw a friendly cat that wandered down to us and we watched the Robins and rabbits bouncing around in the field while we ate our breakfast, we felt completely wrapped up in the nature and peace of the place.
They have very clean showers and toilets just a short walk away from the pitches with dish washing facilities, hot water and you're given separate waste bags upon arrival to sort your recycling, food waste and rubbish. All products like hand wash, toilet paper, dish soap etc were well stocked and all eco friendly.
There's also a games room with table tennis, darts, snooker etc which I think was a lovely little bonus!
We also had a firepit already at our spot at no extra charge which was fantastic, I find when you get to lots of other campsites the firepits are unavailable/sold out. They have wood available to purchase in the games room too but they were happy for us to use the wood we had brought.
They also have a shop with organic produce from the farm but I forgot and we didn't end up popping in before we left!
Thank you for having us, we cant wait to come back again Xx

From the manager: Thank you very much for your lovely review. It was a bit hot for walking when you were here, but just so you are aware for next time there are lots of lovely walks around the 60 acre farm, and dogs are allowed to run off the lead in fields without livestock. If you wanted to go further afield it is a half hour stroll down a country lane to the dog friendly gastro pub nearby. Hope to see you again soon. With best wishes, Amanda and Ken
