The Shepherds Rest is a traditional, family-run Irish pub, caravan park, and campsite located in a secluded setting in the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains in Northern Ireland. Situated at 220 Sixtowns Rd, Draperstown, this peaceful establishment is renowned for its quiet, "back-to-basics" atmosphere, offering an escape with limited mobile coverage and no Wi-Fi. The pub itself provides a classic Irish experience with open fires, lively conversation, and traditional wit, though it does not serve food and caters only to private functions. The adjoining campsite and caravan park are a key feature, offering well-maintained grass and gravel pitches with electric hook-ups for tents, motorhomes, and caravans.
