What customers say
A quiet, rural spot with big pitches and great canal access for walks/cycles to Devizes. Facilities are clean but a bit dated for some, and a walk from pitches. Owners are praised for being welcoming. Peaceful, good value, with many wanting to return.

Brilliant!
Electric grass pitch
Liked Basic, no fuss site, good showers and toilets. The site was idilic, quiet, peaceful and surounded in mature hedges with weeping willow trees in the field for shade. A short walk from the farm brings you to the canal with the famous 29 locks. Recommended!
Disliked Didn't spend enough time there!

A nice quiet gem of a campsite
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely quiet rural site with plenty of space and excellent access to the canal for walking and cycling. Walk to Devizes along the tow path about 2 miles passing scenic locks and a nice cafe. Traffic free Cycled to Bradford on Avon about 10 miles. Friendly owners. A pub with food the 3 Magpies about a 1 mile walk along the towpath, walk another mile and there’s another the barge with canal side views
Disliked Nothing really just be aware some of the pitches slope slightly so if in a camper van bring levellers to put under the wheels. Some people commented about dated facilities, don’t worry, there’s plenty of showers toilets, washing up areas and hot water so in my opinion not an issue.

Overall its a great place and would definitely come back.
Electric grass pitch (large)
Liked The size of the pitch.
The owners (welcoming).
The toilets / showers and washing up areas were clean and plenty of room.
Its right next to the canal for lovely walks.
Disliked There was no local shop, we had to walk a long while just to get some drinks and snacks. There are plenty of empty buildings/space where a few shelves and a fridge could be put to sell snacks, drinks , essentials. Even if there is a bell to press to get someone to come out to sell these items.
No play park for the kids but plenty of free space for them to run.
