What customers say
Great site, top facilities, especially roomy showers. Friendly staff, handy shop, lovely coast walks. Pitches are decent. Wi-Fi can be iffy, some slopes. Playground noise & occasional toilet tidiness issues noted at busy times.

Electric grass tent pitch
Liked This camp site was like a bresh of fresh air. The park it's self was well kept, staff friendly and eager to help. A park on site where the kids could go off and play. Heated shower rooms, shop and restaurant / bar on site. Local shops and take aways within 2/5mins drive. We had alot of strong wind and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was ok. Pitches had plenty of space. This place deserves 10 ⭐ we loved it so much we booked again for next year before we had even left the site.

Electric grass pitch
Liked We liked this site a lot. It was lovely and quiet. Level grass pitch, very neat and tidy. Showers and toilets were very clean, we especially liked the shower rooms containing a loo and sink with a mirror and a seat and somewhere to hang your clothes without them getting wet.
Great washing up area, under cover, 5 sinks with hot water.
A 10-15 minute walk to the main road to bus stops. Great view over Chesil Beach.
The staff were pleasant and gave us a wave every morning.
Disliked The taps were very hard to press down on the sinks, maybe easier for a young person but I really struggled even when I used both hands on top of each other.

Electric grass tent pitch
Liked Restaurant/bar, individual integrated toilet facilities, spaciousness, and roadways/ paths on site. Helpfulness of some staff.
Disliked Pitch allocation on site. In gale force winds and with very heavy and prolonged rain forecast, we were allocated a pitch with no hedge protection at all, despite an abundance of protected positions being available. I raised this point on arrival at reception but the receptionist was unmoved. When we were faced with the possibility of the tent being blown away while trying to erect it, two passing staff kindly stopped to help us hold the tent down, and phoned for additional assistance, and to request our movement to a different pitch. Having secured that they kindly helped us carry the half-erected tent to a better place. On reflection, our initial reception appears totally lacking in camping experience or empathy, or was just bloody-minded. Some staff development is badly needed.
