What customers say
Big, well-run camp with spacious spots in bush or fields. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Lovely spot for exploring. Most love the amenities, shop, and peace, but some note occasional noise, iffy WiFi, and pricier extras. Management is on it.

Liked Absolutely stunning campsite. Relaxed rules-find a pitch and be respectful.
We were in the open campsite. Lots of space for everyone.
You can tell uts well maintained and has a lovely atmosphere.
Onsite shop, little bar and food shack. A little pricey and wasn't the best pizza ive ever had but was a nice experience.
Staff were pleasant.
Portaloos around so you didnt need to walk far to the main ones.
Showers were great, hot.
Plenty of sinks to wash dishes.
A very well maintained campsite and will definitely return. Thank you Bakeburn for a lovely stay.

Wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend for couples without kids.
Main non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Wasn’t much to like really it is packed with children who were really noisy even after the curfew and the staff did nothing about it. The location is great so I could get away from the campsite.
Disliked Noisy, overpriced average food and extortionate prices for fire pit and still awaiting deposit back for returning it.

Stayed in open field for 2…
Open Field non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Stayed in open field for 2 nights, very spacious. Has portaloos close to field or a short walk to main toliet block and showers. Campsite shop is brilliant if needed and reception was very welcoming. WIFI is good but doesn't reach end of open field so if you need wifi setup camp closer to reception. Had a great time, highly recommend!
Disliked Price is a little more than others in area but nothing to be disheartened about.

Really lovely site, I definitely want to return with my son :)
Main non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked The facilities were clean and it was nice to have so many things such as plenty of showers, toilets, washing up basins, bins, and the cafe/shop.
The atmosphere was nice, plenty of people chilling out, kids having fun, but still quiet and spacious enough.
Disliked Whilst there's a time to stop playing music/ making noise at night, there isn't a time music is allowed in the morning and someone near by started playing music at around 7.30am which was a little frustrating.
