What customers say
Large, well-kept New Forest site with spacious spots and a chilled vibe. Staff are a hit, as are the clean ablutions and handy shop. Perfect forest base for walks, cycles, and wildlife spotting. Great for families, though it can get busy and a bit noisy during holidays.

Lovely campsite, would definitely stay again but not in peak season.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked The campsite is a lovely one with great facilities, staff and location!
The showers were powerful and hot water instantly.
Site was clean and tidy throughout and it was always lovely seeing the horses.
Disliked Unallocated pitches - we were not aware and given we went in peak season and arrived towards the evening all pitches were gone. Managed to find a space giving the 6m space rule, however a camper-van pulled up right next to our tent and we were unaware that they had pitched there with a additional large tent so we were very close with our neighbours the whole time.

Excellent camp site meeting all our expectations with our grandsons.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Helpful staff on reception arrival and all that the dry weather and sunshine brings to a camping stay.
Open selection for camping in grassed wooded areas feeling wild and private over our 4 day stay in the New Forest.
Wildlife in the forest!
No Wi-Fi!!!……..👍🏻
Disliked Washroom closure (nearest) over 24hrs but not a show stopper!
