What customers say

A neat, tranquil, clean spot with top staff. Immaculate loos, warm pool a hit. Good value for exploring Devon/Cornwall. Some found pitches small, showers iffy, and wished for a shop.

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Nothing we were booked onto springfield and at the last minute we had a call saying the site had over booked and we would be moved to there sister site 500 yards down the road this turned out to be a s.all piece of grass with no electric hook up for us there were 7 other caravans there who had also been told the same ( over booked by pitch up ) i think the issue was we were booked for a 1 night stop over and and they got bookings for the weekend so just moved us . When we asked about no electric hook up someone came down to see us who was very rude and said he didn't understand what the issue was .We had to get the code for the toilets from one of the locals to enter .There was only one shower that looked broken. Not felt welcome at all

Disliked Everything this was really a static site and we got moved to the green

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Liked We like the surroundings very peaceful park clean and well kept. Pool and play ground are nice. Good location

Disliked Just needed a few more marked water points and a better map. Disappointed the Games room was out of action but this was due to Vandals. could probably do with a small shop for essential goods.

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked The site has fantastic views. Very clean site. Lovely swimming pool for the kids. Good communication from site owners

Disliked The loose stones are a problem to move your caravan onto the pitch area. Loose stones on the hilled road makes it difficult for the car to pull caravan up cause lack of grip

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Such a beautifully clean and attractive site. I would recommend this to everybody looking for a campsite with easy access to Devon and Bude. Although unfortunately I didn't get to meet the owners due to my hectic schedule, they were so so helpful over the phone. Thank you to Springfield for your delightful site.

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked Pretty much everything. From arrival, was easy check in, clean spacious toilet and shower facilities, heated outdoor pool, outdoor facilities inc picnic benches, ratan furniture chill out zones, pool loungers. Views and well maintained grounds.

Disliked No shop, bar or food outlet. Some of the pitches are a little cosy.
