What customers say
Peaceful, spacious Dartmoor pop-up campsite. Reviewers love the clean facilities and Hayley's helpfulness. Great for hikers and wild swimming. Some found the track overgrown and the field sloped, but feedback is mostly great.

Liked Everything, has everything you would want there. It’s easy to get too and the check-in message was really appreciated! The location is great and not to far from A30. I walked to the Northmoor Arms which was a great walk with a good pint at the end. I was I’ll be back and I only live 30mins away!

Amazing location. Friendly owner
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked What a gem this place this !!! The location is amazing . It’s a15 minute walk from a brook. I’ll add photos . It’s the most amazing out door natural pool. My kids called it’s a natural deee water park! It was stones that are very slippery that they can slide down . Ideally bring wet suit and wet shoes . The walks are numerous and beautiful and easily assessable . There is about 1.4 miles of single track road but good passing places were around. Make a note of where they are as you pass. The shower was hot , bottled drinking water was provided. There is a little rope swing in the trees for children . The toilets are port a loos . They were kept clean. I’ve never been in a nice port a loo. Some are disgusting , these weren’t bad and I’m glad the facility was there in a pop up campsite . Price is incredible. Location is amazing . Check in and check out times are very generous! As you are high up . We had 4g all the time if Internet connection matters and none of us had issues logging on.
Disliked Nothing . 💯 recommend

Just home from a wonderful stay at Elvan Farm. Highly recommend.
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Exactly what we were after. Back to basics peace and quiet to get away from screens and play. Basic site with portaloos and a single porta shower (both cleaned twice a day and spotless). No drinking water tap but plenty of complimentary bottled water available to help yourself to. Gorgeous setting and location. Can walk to a wonderful river and wild swimming pool (very safe for kids). Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
Disliked Would be even better if waste water disposal was available for washing up, rather than throwing in the hedge or taking away.
