Liked: It was quiet, lovely location, great walks including a nice walk down to the pub away from the track. Nice pub too. A dog poo bin was really good to have. The toilets were ample and nice and clean, for portaloos.
Disliked: While warned about the access road the main issue with it was the lack of passing places. We had to reverse back into a space for 4 vehicles to go past which is fair enough but then also had to then have someone coming towards us reverse quite some distance so that we could pass. Considering we got there just after check in time, we didn't expect so many vehicles coming the other way.

Liked: The location is just incredible!
The host, Rachel, is the most welcoming person and is very helpful.
I love that you can have a fire at your site and can hire these if you don’t have enough space for your own.
There is nothing I dislike and I have already been twice with more trips planned.
Great site to park up at and get away from the busy world. Loads of great walks and trails so I don’t use the car once I park up.
The road up to the site is bumpy but this is a wild site so expected.
I can’t wait to try on of the new pods!

Liked: A lovely site, surrounded by beautiful woodlands and amazing views of the rolling hills. The field is secluded and quiet, taking you away from any traffic noise.
Rachel is brilliant, and was incredibly helpful during our stay.
There is a great walking trail that starts from the campsite and takes you through the woods and out at East Dean where you’ll find a lovely pub with a large beer garden.
Recommend!

Liked: A basic facilities (toilets & water tap) back to nature, peaceful spot with great views & wood walks. Rachel provide a hired fire pit & there's wood purchase on the road in (theTotem pole woodyard. The toilets clean & well serviced. Nice local pub ( Star & Garter) a short walk or drive away. We've been going over a few years & I noticed the new campsite signage, coded access gate, access gravel path improvements marked out pitch areas & better cut grass this year. I think Rachel has been running now only a year or two & these good changes noted. Rachel very helpful & pleasant.
