100% would stay here again

What customers say

Great for friendly staff, lovely tents & location. Relaxing vibe with on-site coffee. Kids & dogs have space. Some facilities need TLC, pitches far from loos, and tents snug. Pack warmies; directions a bit iffy.

Bell tent (large, six person, deluxe)

Liked Highly recommended, 7 children between the ages of 4 to 17 and 5 of them with special needs, very polite and helpful staff, toilet and showers very clean ,lots of space to move around and feel the freedom, refreshments amazing reasonable price and the latte amazing , both tents amazing couldn't fault anything to be honest, with special needs children it's difficult to find the right holiday get away but this place was perfect lovely and quiet no hassle at all and anything you needed staff was on site and available anytime.cant wait to re book our next visit, thank you so much hammond glamping it was perfect

Bell tent (large, six person, deluxe)

Liked The coffee cart was a nice bonus! Nice staff, around to help if any issues. Clean showers / toilets. Provided fire pit came in handy.

Disliked Some pitches are quite a far walk from the toilets, but didn’t bother me that much.

Bell tent (value, basic)

Liked Tents are tents but the setting, the set up and the sunset made for a perfect evening (followed by some extra soporific rainfall).

On site support was wonderful from check in to coffee early the next morning. We made a fire and cooked marshmallows whilst the kids ‘drove’ the bus.

The kids had a ball with lots of space to run around and nature to explore.

Will be returning as soon as possible.

Disliked Directions to the camp site aren’t intuitive.

That’s it…

Bell tent (four person, deluxe, small)

Liked Location is great for getting about
Legoland near and chessington
Walks all around and hatchley house to visit
Friendly and helpful owners
Girls that looked after us were amazing , so happy to help and friendly
Tents are spaced out really well
Practically private
Great for dog owners
Space for kids to safely play and run endlessly
Fire pits provided with logs on site available

Disliked Shower /toilets needs updating for a glamping site and possibly an extra one at the back
Quite a trek in the night from the farthest tents
Does get very cold at night need to take very warm clothes for bedtime
Freezer packs provided were slow to replenish so couldn’t really get fresh milk and butter etc ..
small tents are quite small
Quite pricey for glamping as facilities are a bit run down , like the kids games and park area is young
There as a train track right near so that’s noticeable ! Didn’t bother me though
Lots of aeroplanes as flight path still that didn’t bother me either
Lots of trips needed from
Car park to the tent , big field

From the manager: Thank you for your review. It certainly helps us to hear the pros and the cons of our guests stay.
The site has been working hard, over the closed season, to update equipment and refresh the facilities.
We look forward to opening our updated shower/toilets and welcoming you all to the book bus.
Hopefully the lovely hot water bottles will help to keep you toasty on those fresh English campsite nights!
We hope to see you again soon.
