What customers say
A tidy, welcoming spot with great facilities – pool and nature reserve are big hits. Pods & common areas are spotless, staff are super helpful. Touring pitches can be tight; some noise & dog issues mentioned. Restaurant hours are a bit limited for some.

I shall be complaining to the site manager, and would not rebook
Electric optional gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely trees!
Disliked The pitch I was allocated was dreadful! It was rocky, narrow, had absolutely no room to place anything next to the van due to the rocky terrain. Basically at the edge of a gravel car park. This was proven the next morning when a ‘service/trades’ vehicle parked behind me.
The only saving grace was the helpful of the bar staff member who agreed that the site was an impossible pitch and after I insisted on moving he allowed me to reallocate on the adjacent pitch.
The advertised restaurant stops serving food at 6.45 pm. Poor.

Electric optional gravel touring pitch
Liked Very friendly site, staff were excellent and very helpful - just not enough of them around.
Nice pool shame you have pay every time
Disliked Pool changing rooms pretty dangerous with all the water slooshing out of the showers. Quite a few locks broken only 1 changing room for privacy. In changing rooms not enough hooks - actually only 1 and in the wrong place.
