  • Oulton Park Circuit 10 minutes' walk away; a mile to two village pubs
Perhaps you’re looking to chill out in the Cheshire countryside, or you’re coming along to see (or even try out) the high-speed motor races at the popular Oulton Park Circuit… either way, Oulton Country Park Touring Site makes a lovely choice of place to stay. This tiny pop-up site is a mere 10 minutes’ walk from Oulton Park Circuit, putting petrolheads in pole position when it comes to race day. And there are more handy things close by too, including a couple of pubs a mile away in Little Budworth, a family-run farm shop 10 minutes’ drive away in Utkinton and a great collection of indie shops and places to eat in Tarporley (also 10 minutes away). It’s well placed for days out as well – zoo trips, horse racing and castle visits can be mixed in with city wanders in Chester or walks and bike rides in local nature areas such as Delamere Forest. On site, there’s a shared fridge where you can keep your farm shop goodies and drinks cool, and the pitches are spacious enough to allow you to set up a table and some camping chairs (plus an awning if you like). Facilities here are fairly simple, but you’ll have access to portable toilets and a wifi connection, and there’s a space where you can exercise any dogs you’ve brought along for the ride.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
  • Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
  • The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
  • Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
  • This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
  • Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
  • Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
  • There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
  • The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Liked Beautiful quiet very well presented paddock style campsite.Andrea the owner was very friendly and helpful.
The site had all we needed for our stay and is perfectly located for anyone who wants to visit Oulton Park race track. Just a short walk took us to 2 lovely village pubs serving great food and a selection of ales etc and anyone who is interested in cricket can even sit at the pub and watch a game as the pitch is right next door.

Disliked There’s nothing to dislike about this site.

Liked It was probably the best place I have camped out quite and plenty off room the couple that own the place where very helpful and shown me around they have shower and toilets in door it's was clean and tidy aswell brilliant
