Liked Well kept family site friendly people who look after you handy for withernsea small enough to be quiet with generous level pitches sheltered area nothing to dislike nice little touches electric kettle microwave and washing up sink in kitchenette many thanks

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to read that you were not very happy with some elements of your stay and therefore do not think that our site gives good value for money (we are priced to match all the other camp sites in the area).
The site is a small, quiet, out of the way site (as clearly described) and caters for people who do not really want the facilities and activities of a bigger site. Having said that, I know that you and your lovely dog were very happy with being able to access our beautiful beach after only a short walk from the campsite.
In terms of paying extra for showers, I would challenge you to find a site anywhere where they are free of charge - especially when they are not metered in any way and there is always an abundance of hot water.
I’m sorry to see that you would not recommend us to other people to come and stay - I only hope my comments in response to your review will counteract this.

Liked Everything. The site is nice and compact. The toilets and shower were clean. The washing up area was well set up and the owner was there to meet me on arival with a couple of beers, whats not to like. Will go again

Liked Everything, site small but pitches big enough. Nice walk into Withernsea but no pavement so not good for kids or buggies coast path almost washed away.
Disliked Only down side i could come up with would be not much room if on larger side in toilet shower room, but they are very clean.

Liked Great campsite. It was really friendly and good for a relaxing stay. It was quiet at night, really good facilities, super clean, great host and fab position for exploring the beautiful beaches and villages. Even has some chickens and sheep to say hello too!
