Liked: Adult only site Love this site visited twice now once in glamping pods with a friend and this time in our campervan for husband Birthday break we had nice relaxed time easy check in met the the new owner we took our bikes and cycled around the lanes and into pocklington . Love the new washing up area and the new toilet block very well kept and clean
Disliked: My Only grumble would be the shower head is very high up the wall so the water doesn’t hit you very well as if it would have been fitted at a lower height on the wall the water was nice and hot though

Liked: A beautiful site, spotless and very well taken care of. I had a small tent and my pitch was perfectly flat, lush grass and a good size. Toilet block was immaculate as was the kitchen area. Use of the fridge was handy. Local area is definitely good to explore and York is not to far away. I also travelled a little further to Whitby and enjoyed every moment.
Disliked: Having to come home.

Electric grass pitch
Liked: A lovely quiet little site, all the pitches are level, the toilet and shower blocks are immaculate. The are hosts extremely friendly. Our friends were coming the next day and after asking they were allowed to come on site early in the morning which we thought was very kind of them to allow this. This is a definite site that we will be returning to.
Disliked: It’s not a dislike at all, but the bins could do with labelling on them for recycling purposes

From the manager: Thank you for the review I'm not sure the poor overall score of 2/10 reflects the positive sentiment your comments.

Liked: Well maintained site, good facilities kept clean. Well laid out, level pitches, quiet location, friendly hosts, good value.
Disliked: Nothing really, only feedback would be to maybe add an extra sink in the washing up area as there's space and would benefit from a second. Also, some labels for the bins as no one seemed to know what went where for recycling.

From the manager: Thank you for the review and feedback, we are putting some more labels on the bins to make it clearer.

Camping pod
Liked: This is a fantastic site, we we're cycling the way of the roses from Morecambe to Bridlington and Yapham Holds was our 2nd night stop over. The owners Rebecca and Patrick were amazing. They gave us a lovely warm welcome and passed on lots of local knowledge for takeaways and what facilities were on site. The glamping pod was superb, clean and offered everything we needed after a long day on the bike and for an excellent price too. I've already recommended to friends and family as this is an amazing place to stay.

Liked: Site is very well looked after, modern clean showers, toilets and pot wash facilities. Grass pitch is nice and flat and had been freshly cut before we arrived. The hosts Louise & Nigel are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights early October. Would definitely visit again.

Facilities were great and the pot washing room one of the best we’ve seen, with a microwave and fridge. Plenty of info on taxis and takeaways etc.

Liked: Everything was spot on! Lovely hosts, lovely quiet site, the “Pods” looked fantastic! We stayed for 2 nights - took our bikes & had a great ride out, into Picklington (2miles) then a route around the little villages - did abt 30 mile - stopping off for refreshments at little cafe/shops - a wonderful part of the countryside.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike at all!
