Fantastic, relaxing campsite with accommodating owners.
Holly Hill non-electric grass campervan or tent pitch
Liked There is a lot to like about this site, a few notable things include the location, right by Lowestoft and just a short journey to Great Yarmouth for a day out at the beach. Aldi and Tesco's only 5 minutes down the road. The wildlife and scenery was unmatched. We stayed right near some sheep in a pen, with horses just down the hill. There was firelighters, snacks, matches and firewood upon arrival, as well as a warm welcome from Peter, who also gave us a guide to the surrounding area, with pubs, restaurants, and places to visit. Peter and Helen were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, checking in from time to time and helping us with any requests, including offering more firewood at a low price. The views were top notch, with a fantastic communal area overlooking the sunset and rolling hills. Each pitch was spacious and private, with lots of room to relax and play games etc. The facilities included a washing up basin, multiple toilets and showers, recycling and waste bins, and even a book shelf that is stocked regularly. All facilities are well kept and cleaned frequently. People say that there is bad service, but on our pitch at Holly Hill, with mobile data, we had no problems. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and we would highly recommend to everyone.

Liked Amount of space was amazing
Friendly owner recommended a nice walk Price was very reasonable.
I appreciated the location of the Lookout pitch, not far from the facilities but very private feeling. The fire pit was a really nice touch, was able to make a roaring fire and use that to cook my pasta.
Great stay!
Disliked Shower had low pressure when hot and didn't get very hot.
It is a wild campsite, so thats me being very picky.

Wonderful
Lookout non-electric grass and earth tent pitch
Liked Everything about our stay was peaceful, picturesque, and absolutely fantastic. The campsite is beautifully designed, with spacious, well-thought-out pitches that blend perfectly with the rustic surroundings. One of our favourite spots was the lovely wood seating area, where we watched the sunset and were lucky enough to see deer and owls. There are plenty of scenic walks, and the nearby beaches make it an excellent base for exploring the area.
The facilities were spotless, with a fabulous hot shower and a convenient charging point. At night, the sky was incredible—perfect for stargazing. The gated pitch areas also made us feel very safe and secure throughout our stay, and the views are simply stunning.
Peter was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and full of fascinating local history and stories that really added to the experience. The thoughtful touches, including free firewood and a little tin of goodies on arrival, made us feel especially welcome.
This is an ideal destination for anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, or explore the beautiful local area. Outstanding value for money, and somewhere we would happily return to.
