- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- A cable measuring at least 25 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.
- Units heavier than 7500 kg are not allowed.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

A peaceful, well-kept site with spacious pitches and clean facilities. Owners are friendly & helpful. Lovely country views and wildlife abound. Great for walks/cycles, incl. to Beccles. Suggestions: washing-up area, extra loo/shower. Brief farm smell noted once.

Fantastic Stay at Field of Dreams

Liked Wonderful small campsite. Pitches a good size with water and electric.
We had a lovely peaceful couple of nights staying here.
Great information provided prior to arrival and the shower/toilet facilities were excellent given that it is a small site - all very organised.
Lovely views and we were able to cycle into Beccles which is not far away.
We would definitely return and recommend this site to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Liked It was lovely and quiet and the facilities were really clean and spacious. Would be very happy to recommend a stay here. Would like to have a washing up area but wasn’t an issue not having it.

Liked It was a quiet location, ideal if you want it, bird scare going off in morning but did not bother us, nice pub in village turn left, and you must try the ravenous cafe turn right nice walk
